1. About EzyToLearn Academy

EzyToLearn Academy is an education centre based in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, offering tuition classes, English language programmes, and professional soft skills training.

2. Registration

By registering for our programmes, you agree that:

  • All information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
  • Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration for students under the age of 18.
  • EzyToLearn Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration that contains false or misleading information.

3. Programme Fees

  • All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.
  • Registration fees, if applicable, are non-transferable.
  • Students with overdue payments may be denied access to classes until payment is received.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed registrations will not be affected by future price changes unless otherwise stated.

4. Class Attendance

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes punctually.
  • Behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.
  • Follow classroom rules and instructions.
  • Maintain appropriate conduct throughout all learning activities.

EzyToLearn Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment for serious misconduct without any obligation to provide a refund.

5. Replacement Classes

Replacement classes are not guaranteed for classes missed by students unless otherwise stated under a specific programme.

Should a class be cancelled by EzyToLearn Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or alternative arrangement will be provided where reasonably possible.

6. Learning Materials

All notes, worksheets, slides, videos, recordings, and other educational materials remain the intellectual property of EzyToLearn Academy.

These materials may not be:

  • Reproduced
  • Distributed
  • Sold
  • Uploaded online
  • Shared with third parties

without prior written permission.

7. Online Learning

For online classes, students are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A suitable device
  • A quiet learning environment

EzyToLearn Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s internet connection or personal equipment.

8. Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees paid are non-refundable after classes have commenced.
  • Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Administrative charges may apply for approved refunds.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, branding, text, videos, course content, and teaching materials belong to EzyToLearn Academy unless otherwise stated.

No part of the website or educational content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

While EzyToLearn Academy strives to provide high-quality educational services, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific examination results
  • Academic improvement
  • Admission into any institution
  • Employment opportunities

Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, participation, and commitment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzyToLearn Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
